Role Description
This full-time on-site role, located in Surprise, AZ, requires an experienced Escrow Officer to oversee the effective management of escrow transactions. Responsibilities include preparing escrow instructions, reviewing contracts, conducting closings, managing funds and disbursements, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Escrow Officer will collaborate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties to facilitate smooth and timely closings, while providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Experience in handling Closings and Escrow processes with attention to detail and accuracy
- Notary certification and working knowledge of Residential Real Estate
- Strong Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals
- Familiarity with real estate laws, settlement statements, and title documentation
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple transactions efficiently
- Ability to work on-site in Surprise, AZ
- Previous experience as an Escrow Officer, Title Agent, or in a related field is highly preferred
