Great American RV is looking for a dynamic RV Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets. What Youll Do: Train, and inspire a high-performing team of RV Sales Specialists to consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals. Manage daily sales operations, pipeline activity, desk deals, and work directly with customers to close sales. Ensure every guest receives an extraordinary customer journey from initial walk-in to final walkthrough and delivery. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Organize and participate in promotional events and trade shows to increase brand awareness. Collaborate with inventory and finance management to ensure optimal stock presentation, pricing strategy, and streamlined buyer financing options. Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal regulations in sales practices. Foster a positive, goal-oriented, and accountable team atmosphere aligned with Great American RVs core values. What Were Looking For: 3 years of successful sales management experience (RV, Automotive, Marine, or Powersports dealership experience strongly preferred).Demonstrated success in closing deals, managing sales pipelines, and coaching sales reps to reach quota.Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and team-building skills.Passion for delivering top-tier customer service and building long-term community relationships.Knowledge of RV products and market trends is an advantage. Comfortable using CRM systems, lead tracking tools, and modern dealership inventory platforms.Neat, clean, and professional appearance.Highly ambitious and looking to grow within a fast-paced environment.High level of commitment and willingness to learn.
