We’re always seeking career-minded individuals skilled in diagnostics and general repairs, capable of resolving mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry issues promptly and correctly the first time. As a skilled RV Technician, your goal will be to help our customers return to their dream RVs, getting back on the road so they can continue creating lasting memories, one weekend at a time.

General Qualifications:

• Sales Management, Customer Service, and Team Leadership skills.
• Knowledge of RV products and industry trends and love of the outdoors.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in Sales or Dealership Operations is a Plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in the RV industry is a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in RV repair preferred.
• Proven experience as an RV Technician or in a similar mechanical role.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, additional career training provided.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
