General Qualifications:
- Sales Management, Customer Service, and Team Leadership skills.
- Knowledge of RV products and industry trends and love of the outdoors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in Sales or Dealership Operations is a Plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in the RV industry is a plus but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in RV repair preferred.
- Proven experience as an RV Technician or in a similar mechanical role.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, additional career training provided.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
