Duties

- Perform product demos and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.
- Engage in cold calling, networking events, and lead generation activities to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while upselling additional products or services to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support territory management and sales objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining long-term relationships.

Skills
