What We Need:

The Merchant Service Sales Recruiter that will be responsible for building our nationwide outside sales teams. This role requires industry knowledge with a minimum of 3 Years in Merchant services or Merchant service sales experience.

Merchant Service Recruiter Duties:

· 3 years of recruiting/staffing experience is strongly preferred

· 3 Years Merchant Services experience REQUIRED

· Bachelor’s Degree Prferred

· Ability to source and sell candidates

· Very strong communication skills

· Enthusiastic & Outgoing personality!

· Self-Motivated & natural drive for success

· Suggestive and helpful with new ideas

· Ability to see potential growth and future success

· A proven track record of success and attaining challenging goals

What You Need:

· Three-year minimum experience in merchant services.

· Clover Product Knowledge a plus.

· Basic problem solving and decision-making skills

· Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skill

· Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word

· Ambition, Commitment, Desire, Discipline

· Strong work ethic

· Bachelors Degree

• Base Pay Paid weekly
• Commissions per hire and per hires sales over the first 12 months of employment
• Residual Bonus at the end of the year on hires accounts.
• Monthly, Quarterly Bonuses
• 30 years industry experience

Monday - Friday

8:00 AM - 5:00PM

No Weekends
