Our Crop Division office is seeking an Administrative Operations Representative. This individual will work 5 days/week out of the Fargo, ND office.
Essential Job Functions And Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of routine administrative operational tasks including one or more of the following:
- Submit agency and agent appointments
- Request security for agents
- Update agency and agent information in the system
- Verify refund lists
- Mail monthly commission statements to agencies as required
- Answer accounting and 1099 questions as necessary
- Help with parsing forms
- Participate in scanning documents and fulfilling print orders and document assembly requests
- Prepares and distributes incoming mail and processes outgoing mail
- Coordinates the procurement and organization of supplies
- Assists with scheduling and coordinating meetings and events. May coordinate with catering services, set up, and disassemble food service stations
- Assists in answering, routing, and screening incoming calls
- Directing visitors in the office building
- Work on crop hail rate comparison project in Excel
- May assist with or coordinate special projects, assisting with the planning and execution
- Performs other duties as assigned.
