We are seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver with Cutomer Service & Sales to join our team in the Bay Area. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our high-quality cleaning services reach our valued customers efficiently and safely. Your contributions will help uphold our commitment to exceptional service and environmental responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport cleaned textiles to customers.
- Load and unload items with care to prevent damage.
- Follow designated routes to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and records.
- Help grow routes with door knocking and doing sales.
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
- Assist in warehouse operations as needed.
- Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) required.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or similar role.
- Familiarity with box trucks and route driving.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to lift heavy items safely.
- Good knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns.
- Experience with warehouse operations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
