Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize tools and resources to drive sales and maximize profitability
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Provide hands-on leadership and coaching to meet operational goals
- Deliver a memorable experience for guests through outstanding service
- Oversee all cash handling, including register operations and deposits

- 2–5 years of experience in retail or food service management
