Job Profile: Sales Associate Location: Field Reports To: General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Leaders Position Purpose At Great American Cookies, the Sales Associate is an integral part of the day-to-day operations of the cookie store and is the face of the company in the eyes of our guests. Their top priority is to facilitate a fun and exciting experience for every customer. The associate works under the supervision of the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Leader to ensure our guests have a positive experience and keep coming back. Dimensions This position reports to the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Leader in a particular operating location, performing a wide range of tasks including preparing ingredients, baking, decorating, and ringing up customers. The Sales Associate works in a fast-paced environment and must be able to quickly prioritize and switch tasks to meet company needs. Primary Accountabilities • In addition to following Front Range Holdings policies and procedures, principal accountabilities are, but are not limited to: Daily Responsibilities • Serve guests and create an exciting experience. • Operate a register and ensure accountability of money. • Decorate cookies and cakes with a wide variety of templates. • Ensure cleanliness of the store and all preparation areas. • Prepare ingredients for baking and decorating. • Ensures that all Company policies and procedures are followed. • Adhere to all Great American Cookie and Front Range Holdings standards. • Perform other duties as required by their manager.
