As General Manager, we are looking for candidates who possess the following skills:
- Great leadership
- Accountability for sales and payroll and other controllables
- Ability to hire, train and motivate your team
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
- Order all food and supply product for the store
- Ensure daily production of product meets the stores needs
- Ensure baking and presentation of product is fresh and meets company's standards
- Create a positive work environment
- Great product knowledge
- Decorating skills are a plus
General Manager Requirements:
- High School Diploma or higher degree
- At least 2 years of Management experience
- Basic computer operations, such as POS operation and Microsoft Office
- Outgoing and enthusiastic attitude
