Position Summary
Retail Clerks/Cashiers play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, multitasking, and working in a lively retail environment. You’ll assist with ticket sales, novelty merchandise, and guest inquiries while meeting people from all over the world.
This is a seasonal position, running from mid-April through mid-October. Priority will be given to candidates available for the full season.
Job Duties
- Operate all aspects of the point-of-sale system, including cash and card transactions, scanners, and sales
- Sell tickets for the show and assist guests with entry, including directing guests and checking tickets as needed
- Stock and restock retail merchandise, novelty items, and supplies
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer and balance transactions at the end of each shift
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance by answering guest questions and offering directions throughout the facility
- Maintain a clean and organized retail, register, and guest entry area
- Clean and maintain restrooms to company cleanliness standards as needed
- Assist with other duties as requested by management

Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude

- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and carry items up/down stairs
- Public speaking experience preferred
- Retail or cashier experience helpful but not required
Schedule & Work Expectations
- Early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays required
- Paid training provided
