Job Overview
We are seeking a an experienced Welder / Construction Laborer to join our construction team. This position will assist with welding, fabrication, general construction, and other hands-on tasks at various local job sites. Valid Driver’s License is Required, as well as a dependable ride to get to different job sites locally.
Pay range is a starting range and dependent on experience.
MUST HAVE:
- Proven welding experience and/or experience in a construction or similar hands-on trade.
- Ability to safely operate welding equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
- Basic knowledge of welding, metal fabrication, and construction techniques.
- Ability to read and follow measurements, instructions, and basic plans.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and work outdoors in various conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and dependable transportation to local job sites.
