Greeter/Customer Service

The People Greeter is the first and last impression a customer has of Grease Monkey. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, efficient, and positive customer experience. The People Greeter is responsible for greeting customers promptly, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth check-in.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and enthusiastically upon arrival, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering assistance.
• Manage the waiting area by ensuring it is clean, organized, and comfortable for customers.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians to keep customers informed about wait times and service progress.
• Assist with check-in and checkout processes including gathering customer information, processing payments, and providing receipts.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
