Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service and support throughout their shopping experience.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
- Upsell products by effectively communicating their value to customers.
- Maintain knowledge of store inventory and assist in restocking shelves as needed.
- Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, particularly in a grocery store setting.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts and cash register operations is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with customers effectively.
