Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Sales Associate. In this role, the ideal candidate will build and maintain relationships with Grealis Group clients but more importantly, assist in identifying potential new business opportunities. The role is ideal for someone looking to either begin their career in commercial real estate or grow their business with a fresh & versatile broker. This role is 100% commison, there is no base pay.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in real estate, particularly in commercial, is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment
- Ohio real estate salesperson license is a plus
