Seeking a 2nd Shift Custodial Account Assistant Manager for our 1000 team member custodial service organization with headquarters in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Our leadership team is comprised of energetic, caring, efficient and effective individuals who also enjoy collaboration for performance.

Responsibilities include:
- Assessment and Follow-up to ensure your onsite custodial team is on track for quality assurance and team training/motivation processes, re-training, and onsite engagement when off track
- Daily Monitoring of Customer Communication, ensuring timely response and be able to determine the best response
- Onsite Customer Relationship Development and conditions assessment in all territories to confirm performance
- Cascade Company Messages for innovation and enhancements to both customers and team members
- Manage Labor and Supply Budgets, training to efficiency standards when off-track
- Collaborating with the Human Resources and Training Departments as follow-up to team member survey tools for improved safe, welcoming, inclusive and motivational environments
Requirements:
- 1 year related experience leading others to meet or exceed expected results, preferably in the service industry
- Excellent interpersonal/communications skills-both written and verbal
- Strong service/quality aptitude, Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
- Commitment to motivate and train staff to expected performance
- Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to work well with multicultural communities
- BA/BS degree preferred
- Must have reliable to transportation and a valid Driver's license
- Average work week 50 hours with a typical working schedule between 1:00pm-11:00pm M-F, and rotating weekends
Compensation Package:
- $50,000 per year
