The OpportunityWe are seeking a proactive and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our successful team. This role is crucial for ensuring the long-term success of our client partnerships. While the primary focus is on retention and expert management of customer relationships, the Account Manager will also be involved in strategic growth initiatives within their book of business.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and service a designated book of commercial clients, focusing heavily on renewal retention and client satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing coverage questions, handling endorsements, and providing professional advice.
- Collaborate effectively with internal team members (Producers, Assistants, etc.) to ensure seamless client service.
- Market renewals and new business, including preparation of proposals and presentation to clients.
- Maintain accurate and organized client files in the agency management system.
- Mandatory: Current and valid Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
- Minimum of 3 years of recent commercial insurance experience as an Account Manager or similar role.
- Essential Expertise: Proven experience working with Construction Insurance and Commercial Property Insurance risks.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with the team and clients.
- A client-first mindset with a strong ability to manage relationships and prioritize tasks efficiently.
We offer a highly competitive compensation package commensurate with your expertise:
- Estimated Base Salary: $80,000 to $125,000 (depending on experience and qualifications).
