Job Details:
Grazie Nonna is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. We are a high-volume restaurant in the heart of Washington DC.
Our ideal candidate would embody the brand while leading and driving the management team to provide amazing food and impeccable service. Time commitment and Location:
- Primarily Monday - Friday
- Weekend availability required, for Sunday brunch & events falling on the weekend.
- Most major holidays off
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent at multitasking
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong innate sense of hospitality
- 1 years of management experience
- Ability to maintain a good handle of food and labor costs
- Knowledge of POS systems and third party delivery platforms
- Professional and productive communication skills
- Experience working in a high volume position
- Food Handlers Certificate
