What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent / Host position at Grazie Italian Restaurant?
Greeting customers at the door. Making reservations and managing the reservation times to set the restaurant up for success. Provide friendly, helpful and polite service to customers at all times. Must be able to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Must be available weekday's, week nights and weekends.
