The Opportunity

At Graziano's Bird Road Restaurant, we are currently seeking an experienced Bartender. The successful candidate will uphold our high standards of exceptional service, top-quality beverages, and detailed knowledge of our drink offerings to enrich our guests' experiences.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and wines according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards.
• Maintain inventory and bar supply levels.
• Offer superior customer service, creating a welcoming environment for our patrons.
• Assist in creating innovative and interesting beverage options to complement menu.
• Ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations.
  
  

Desired Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Bartender in a busy restaurant setting.
• Thorough knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Strong understanding of mixology, wine, spirits, and beer.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, during weekends and holidays, as needed.
  
  

Nice-to-Haves

• Bartending certifications.
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Fluency in Spanish to better serve our diverse clientele.
• Knowledge of traditional Argentine beverages or wines.
• A passion for excellent customer service and a love for food and drink.
