Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage inventory control processes, including ordering supplies/food and monitoring stock levels.
• Train, mentor, and develop staff to enhance their skills in food service and customer interaction.
• Conduct interviews and hire new team members.
• Implement effective shift management strategies to optimize staff performance during peak hours.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure culinary excellence and timely food preparation.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers.
• Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly to enhance overall dining experience.
• Analyze restaurant performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Qualifications

• 2 Years proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and food management principles.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers alike.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
