Graze Craze is seeking an experienced, motivated Regional Manager to oversee 4–5 locations across the Phoenix metro area. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves building teams, and is passionate about hospitality, food quality, and operational excellence.
Position Overview
The Regional Manager will be responsible for the overall performance, growth, and daily operations of multiple Graze Craze locations. This role works closely with store managers and ownership to ensure brand standards are met, teams are supported, and each location operates efficiently and profitably.
This is a full-time, salaried position (40 hours/week) with competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of 4–5 locations
Lead, train, and support store managers and team members
Ensure consistent brand standards, food quality, and customer experience
Monitor labor, food costs, and operational performance
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management
Support local marketing initiatives and community partnerships
Handle scheduling, coaching, and conflict resolution
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards are met
Step in operationally when needed to support stores

Qualifications
2 years of multi-unit management experience (restaurant, QSR, retail, or hospitality preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Ability to lead by example and motivate teams
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Flexible schedule including some weekends as needed
