Located in the heart of San Diego, our focus is simple: bringing people together through food, creativity, and memorable experiences.
We’re currently building our founding team and looking for individuals excited to help launch something new in the community.
About the Role
This is not a typical food service role—it’s a hybrid position that blends food preparation, customer experience, and business development.
You’ll be involved in:
• Creating and assembling visually stunning charcuterie boards and grazing tables
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience for in-store, pickup, and delivery orders
• Supporting catering events and client interactions
• Assisting with social media content and local marketing efforts
• Conducting outreach to nearby businesses and building community relationships
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a creative eye, and wants exposure to both operations and growing a small business.
What We’re Looking For
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident in communicating with customers
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of presentation and creativity
• Self-motivated and able to stay productive during both busy and slower periods
• Interested in marketing, social media, or small business growth
• Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
Preferred (but not required):
• Experience in hospitality, food service, retail, or customer-facing roles
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram or TikTok
Additional requirements:
• Ability to work on-site in San Diego
• Flexible availability, including weekends and events
