Graywolf Integrated Construction is seeking a QC Clerk to be assigned to in Cameron, LA.

The QC Clerk role provides support in quality control operations such as maintaining organized documentation, tracking inspections, test records, ensuring materials, equipment, and processes.
Essential Duties:
- Adheres to the required use of technical tools, using working practices and QC/QA regimes, such that regulatory and internal compliance is preserved.
- Works with team to ensure deliverables and service levels are met and within the agreed timelines.
- Maintain strict compliance with technical tools, SOPs, and QC/QA protocols to safeguard internal standards.
- Works with QC Manager and QC Inspectors to develop a clear and detailed plan for reporting metrics.
- Act as a point of contact for process-related matters related to QC manual and may attend job site/client meetings to take notes, capture deliverables and track project milestones.
- Proactively enters and maintains critical regulatory information relating to assigned submissions within required systems and to required standards and timelines.
- Identify risks to submission quality or deadlines and implement practical strategies to mitigate them.
- Through active management of status and expected deliverables, identify risks and formulates a strategy to mitigate those risks to quality and timeliness of submissions.
- Organizes key QC documents/permits/ITP's/WPQ's for the QC department at the job site level and interfaces with project and corporate QC contacts.
Qualifications:
- Experience in industrial construction setting. At least one year in clerk role supporting a job site or assigned to a job site. Proven success in compiling and filing regulatory submissions.
- Demonstrated superior oral and written communication skills in multicultural settings and the ability to communicate complex issues in a succinct and logical manner. Strong listening skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment, such as a start-up pharmaceutical plant under construction.
- Strong ability to generate innovative solutions to complex regulatory problems and effectively work with and communicate with key stakeholders.
- Able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team when help is needed.
- Commitment to maintaining data integrity, confidentiality, and accuracy in all documentation and reporting.
- Experience in Bluebeam, Sharepoint, O365 and intermediate skills in Excel
Physical/Site Requirements:
- Lift and carry heavy items weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Move in and around confined and cluttered places, and uneven areas. Full range of motion and flexibility consistent with age.
- Work up to a 12-hour shift in varying temperature extremes and other outside conditions.
- Climb and maintain balance on steel framework, stairs, ladders, and scaffolds.
