Duties
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously during nighttime hours
- Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
- Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and financial records
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, inspecting the premises, and controlling access points
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile daily financial transactions with precision
- Address guest concerns promptly, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction and positive guest relations
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all guest requests are fulfilled swiftly and effectively
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles, preferably as a Night Auditor or front desk associate
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
- Familiarity with hotel operations, including guest services, reservations systems, and front desk procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hotel security protocols, CCTV monitoring, and guest relations best practices
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail
- Previous hotel experience is preferred; hospitality or resort background is a plus
