Minimum Salary: Starting salary - $59,962 annually $27.45 Hourly
- @ 1 year of service - $63,062 annually $28.87 Hourly
- @ 2 years of service - $66,163 annually $30.29 Hourly
- Step increases dependent on satisfactory performance.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Must meet Texas Commission
on Law Enforcement Rules and Regulations. Supervise and
care of inmates in accordance with the requirements of the
Texas Commission on Jail Standards. Fluency in Spanish a
plus.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age. Valid Texas Driver’s License.
Must pass background and records check, psychological test,
physical exam, physical readiness test and drug test. State
certified a plus. Able to work any shift, weekends, and
holidays. .
