Compensation
- $15.00 per hour
- $8 bonus for every appointment that shows
- $10 additional bonus for every shown appointment that purchases a vehicle
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound internet leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries.
- Make outbound calls to prospective and previous customers.
- Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership.
- Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up with no-shows.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet daily and monthly appointment goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and phone skills.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required.
- Comfortable using computers and learning CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Automotive experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
