Ability to provide oversight and direction to Department leaders related to budget and operating expenses and FTE budgets to appropriate volumes. Supervises the departments of Plant Services which includes EVS and Nutrition, Laboratory and Diagnostic Imaging. The position must maintain good verbal and written communications with colleagues, department leaders, co-workers, etc. Responsible for supporting Quality Control activities as specified by Hospital Policy and licensing bodies: DNV, DSHS, NFPA, EPA, etc. Must work as team player to attain the mission of Harbor Regional Health Community Hospital. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a Healthcare related field required. Master of Science Degree in healthcare management or equivalent discipline desired. FACHE status preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a COO in a healthcare setting required. .
