Role Description The Executive Assistant to the President is a full-time, on-site role located in Olympia, WA, providing high-level administrative and organizational support to the College President. This position manages the President’s calendar, schedules meetings, coordinates travel, and prepares related documentation. Daily responsibilities include drafting and editing correspondence, creating meeting materials, maintaining records, and preparing reports and presentations. The Executive Assistant serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screens and routes communications, and coordinates executive-level events and committee meetings. The role also processes expense reports, supports budget tracking for the President’s Office, and ensures that sensitive information is handled with discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support for senior leadership.
- Strong Administrative Assistance skills, including document preparation, records management, and office coordination.
- Proficiency in Calendaring, including managing complex schedules, meeting logistics, and competing priorities.
- Experience preparing and reconciling Expense Reports and supporting basic budget or financial tracking.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Proficiency with office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar tools) and comfort learning new systems.
- Associate’s degree or higher in business, administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Experience in higher education or public sector environments is preferred, along with a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
