Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Lease Operator role based in Colorado City, TX. The Lease Operator will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, monitoring and maintaining production equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. Additional responsibilities include inspecting wells, coordinating repairs, recording production data, and reporting any equipment issues or inefficiencies. The position requires reliable communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal operations and production results.

Qualifications

• Experience with Production Equipment, including operation and basic maintenance
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interaction with teams and external partners
• Knowledge of the Oil & Gas Industry, including production practices and safety standards
• Familiarity with Completion processes in oil and gas operations
• Valid driver's license and Truck Driving experience
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Ability to adhere to safety and environmental compliance guidelines
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certifications in relevant areas is a plus
