Duties

- Time entry, billing, and general accounting support,
- Assisting with administrative project management and document workflows,
- Preparing and submitting attorney expense reports,
- Direct, professional communication with clients regarding scheduling, document needs, project updates, and general correspondence,
- Managing and scheduling attorney calendars, meetings, and travel,
- Drafting and proofreading correspondence and legal documents,
- Preparing and assembling conference and presentation materials,
- Managing email and electronic file organization,
- Maintaining client contact records and conducting conflict checks for potential and existing clients,
- Providing support for client development initiatives, and
- Assisting with federal, state, and local regulatory licensing and research tasks.
