What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paralegal - Construction Defect and Commercial Litigation position at GrayRobinson Branding?
GrayRobinson, a full-service law and government consulting firm with 16 offices in Florida and Washington, D.C., has an immediate opening in our Tampa office for a full-time Construction Defect and Commercial Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Construction defect experience is a plus.
The ideal candidate must possess keen attention to detail, including effective proofreading and drafting skills, strong multitasking abilities, and excellent organizational skills. The position requires effective communication skills — both verbal and written. Routine duties include drafting pleadings, calendaring key dates, and experience with e-discovery software, as well as other day-to-day case management responsibilities. Essential computer skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
