Position Overview
The Invoicing Specialist will assist in writing invoices for large company contracts, check for accuracy, and send them to clients in an efficient and timely fashion.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing databases and payment systems.
- Verifying client information.
- Listing down the due amount and itemized account of goods and services.
- Charging accurate tax.
- Deducting discounts.
- Creating invoice packages with supporting back up documentation, such as vendor bills, manifests, and spill reports.
- efficient filing and electronic filing.
- Branch invoicing support.
- Open Invoice reports with detailed notes.
- May assist with other administrative activities as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Required
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in an Invoicing Specialist, Billing Specialist or similar role required.
