What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groundskeeper/Entry Level Maintenance Technician position at GrayCo?
We are seeking an individual for our gorgeous, newly renovated, luxury apartment complex to assist in maintaining the property's physical condition in accordance with company operating and safety standards, and in ensuring that service requests and repairs are completed correctly and promptly.
This position maintains the public and common areas of the property in a clean, neat, and attractive condition, as required by the property and maintenance personnel. Specifically ensuring all grounds, including sidewalks, roofs, pathways, building exteriors, and stairways, flower and shrubbery areas are kept free of trash, debris, and weeds. Ensuring windows and commons area furnishings are kept free of debris, dust, and grime.
Ground person/Porter will spend 50-90% of their time performing the above duties as well as packaging, removing, and/or compacting trash.
Ability to perform job functions with minimal direct supervision. Participate in company training classes, as required. Complete assigned service requests and repairs correctly and promptly.
Clearly communicate with residents and maintain company customer service standards. Abide by the company’s safety program and follow correct, safe work practices at all times.
