What Your Work Environment Will Be:

· Our community has 274 luxury apartment homes and is located in the prestigious Vinings area of Atlanta.

What Your Day May Look Like:

· Help prospective residents find their perfect home by showing them model apartments and the community

· Communicate with residents and prospective residents on the phone, through email, and in-person

· Conduct market research by visiting and speaking with local area apartment communities

· Create and maintain accurate lease contract files

· Enter data into the property management software program, One-Site, and other RealPage software programs

· Provide an exceptional customer experience

· Advertise the community by conducting outreach marketing

· Post community events and news on social media

· Inspect apartments prior to move-in to make sure they are ready for new residents

· Work with the team to achieve community goals

What You’ll Need To Be Effective in this Position:

· Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills

· Empathetic Listening skills

· Basic Computer skills

· Excellent Customer Service and Sales skills

· Teamwork while contributing to community goals

· Flexibility to work weekends and overtime if needed

· Support the company’s mission statement, values, and policies

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
