As an Office Services Clerk, you will provide general clerical support to Human Resources operations.
In This Role You Will
- Type correspondence, reports, announcements, and miscellaneous documents.
- Open, sort, and distribute mail, including physically lifting and moving boxes as required.
- Complete research and address employee tickets
- Assist with projects as needed.
- Address envelopes and packages and stuff envelopes.
- Photocopy documents as needed.
- Answer phones, take messages, and may act as a receptionist.
- Previous clerical experience preferred
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Knowledge of word processing, general office equipment, and general office procedures
- Computer, phone, reading, mathematical, and customer service skills
- Ability to work where some judgment is required
- Ability to work under general supervision within guidelines
- Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds without assistance, as well as walk, bend, twist, squat, stoop, sit and stand for extended periods of time.
