As a Marketing Representative, you will provide high-level administrative support while assisting with the planning, implementation, and execution of the company's sales and marketing initiatives. This role serves as a key resource in supporting executive leadership, coordinating communications and projects, and contributing to marketing and sales-related activities.
In This Role You Will
- Provide executive administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, travel coordination, and record management.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives through event coordination, promotional materials, market research, and reporting.
- Analyze data and prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining confidential information and supporting strategic projects.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in administrative support, sales support, marketing, or a related business function.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related business applications.
- Four-year degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field, preferred.
- Executive administrative experience supporting senior leaders.
- Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business operations.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
