Manager Accounts Payable

As a Manager Accounts Payable, you will manage a team within Accounts Payable to oversee all vendor accounts being paid for services or products. You will also serve as the primary point of contact between Accounts Payable, vendors, and the field locations, as well as coordinate employee work assignments and workflows to meet service goals.

In this role you will:

• Supervise daily activities of workgroup.

• Identify and address trends in workload.

• Act as point of contact for the field, and address any issues and concerns related to the group.

• Coordinate with other supervisors to ensure daily workload is complete.

• Coordinate all procedures for Accounts Payable employees.

What you bring to the table:

• 3 years’ experience: Accounting, Accounts Payable, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

• High school diploma or GED

• SAP experience preferred

• Four-year degree preferred

• Knowledge of internal human resource policies as related to personnel administration

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable

• Microsoft Office Applications (i.e., Word and Excel)

• Time management skills

• Verbal and written communication skills

• Leadership skills

• Ability to effectively supervise staff and achieve results through others

• Ability to be detail oriented, thorough, and accurate

Work Shift and Hours: Monday - Friday, 7a-4p, and the last day of every month until 5p. There is the possibility of overtime, including the occasional Saturday morning remotely.

Compensation details: The expected pay rate for this position is starting at $68,000 depending on experience. This position is also bonus eligible, based on specific and relevant business metrics.
