Role Description
We are seeking a Director of Sales and Business Development for a full-time, 100% remote role. You will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities by conducting market research, building client relationships, and implementing sales strategies. Responsibilities will include making sales calls, creating plans to expand market reach, supervising digital/print marketing, and negotiating contracts. The Director will collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions that meet client needs while driving revenue growth. And as a member of the American Property Tax Counsel, you will have the opportunity to do all of these things on a national level, providing one-stop service to regional and national property owners.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in sales strategy, business development, and client relationship management
- Strong negotiation, pitching, and deal-closing abilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Market research skills and ability to analyze data to identify growth opportunities
- Experience in legal services, property tax, or related fields is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work autonomously and strategically
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business or Finance. But proven experience and a growth mindset will be the primary factors for the ideal candidate.
