Position Details
This is a full-time opportunity with flexible scheduling options Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research of medical records and documentation for case preparation
- Prepare legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence for medical malpractice and family law matters
- Coordinate with clients, medical professionals, and court personnel to gather necessary information
- Maintain organized case files and track critical deadlines and court dates
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation and hearing support
Required Requirements
- Associate's Degree or relevant paralegal certificate
- 1-2 years of relevant legal support experience
- Strong grasp of Math and English, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Preferred Requirements
- Preferred experience in researching medical records
- Exposure or familiarity with Prolaw software or another billing software
