What You’ll Do
As an HR Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients’ HR needs across a variety of areas:
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain data in HRIS systems
- Support benefits administration
- Use HR data to identify trends and share insights
- Communicate clearly and professionally with client stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4 years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist capacity
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and HRIS platforms
Preferred:
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
- Experience with UKG or Unanet platforms

Work Arrangement: Hybrid Position 2-3 days on-site (dependent on client requirements) in Huntsville, AL
Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000
