Overview:
Our Customer Service Representatives assist our clients by providing specific product information, entering and assisting with the order process and handling any discrepancies along the way. Representatives should be able to stay organized, problem solve. Starting pay $17.00 /hour.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Collect and enter orders via fax, or email along with confirming order pricing and updates.
· Notify customer of deliveries or update customer on delivery delays.
· Answer/return customer phone calls or emails throughout the day promptly, with the ability to document and research, answer product questions and respond to customer inquiries.
· Manage time efficiently to meet daily deadlines.
· Work with Customer Service team to stay updated on product knowledge.
· Ability to quickly and effectively resolve customer inquiries and/or concerns.
· Assist with ongoing projects as required.

Education and Experience
· Associate degree preferred.
· 2 years Customer Service experience in an office environment
· 2 years Data Entry experience
· Microsoft Office, Excell proficient.
