WIS-TV is seeking a Sales Assistant to help us meet and exceed our revenue goals. The candidate must be a team player, culture-focused, detail-oriented, professional, and able to regularly work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.

WIS-TV is seeking a Sales Assistant to help us meet and exceed our revenue goals. The candidate must be a team player, culture-focused, detail-oriented, professional, and able to regularly work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Duties/Responsibilities (but not limited to) the following:
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence
- Book and manage orders, TV and Digital
- Make PowerPoint presentations for sales staff
- Assist WIS Sales team with a variety of strategic and administrative tasks
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Previous experience supporting local media sales, especially knowledge of Wide Orbit, is a plus.
- The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and eager to learn.
- This position requires professional customer service, data entry, and clerical support to the WIS Sales staff with occasional requirements outside of regular business hours.
