Join our team and contribute to our legacy of success in civil litigation.Position Overview: Associate AttorneyAs a Mid-to-Senior level Associate Attorney, you will play a pivotal role in handling complex legal matters, including case evaluation, strategy development, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations. Experience within corporate defense is highly valued, with a background in construction defect and personal injury defense considered a strong plus.Key Responsibilities:Represent clients in court, arbitration, and before government agenciesDraft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests, and other legal documentsProvide legal counsel to clients on transactions and business mattersNegotiate settlements to resolve legal disputes effectivelyEnsure compliance with all applicable legal standards and regulationsQualifications:5-10 years of experience practicing law.
