What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager position at Gray Analytics Inc?
The Program Manager will support the Missile Defense Agency Directorate of Engineering under the DEEDS contract and will be responsible for cost, schedule, technical performance, risk management, Government deliverables, and subcontractor management. The Program Manager will serve as the primary interface with the Government Program Office and will coordinate across technical teams to ensure successful program execution and contract compliance.
- Active SECRET clearance required.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting DoD or Federal Government programs.
- PMP, DAWIA / Back-to-Basics certification in Program Management or Contracting, or equivalent experience (or in-process of obtaining).
- Experience supporting programs in a SETA, systems engineering, digital engineering, or R&D environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing cost, schedule, technical performance, and risk on Government contracts.
- Experience managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), program reporting, and Government deliverables (CDRLs).
- Experience coordinating with Government Program Managers, Contracting Officers, CORs, and technical teams.
- Experience managing subcontractors, staffing, and program financial performance.
- Working knowledge of DoD acquisition processes and contract structures (IDIQ, Task Orders, CPFF, T&M, FFP).
- Experience managing performance based programs.
- Ability to manage using Agile principles.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting Missile Defense Agency (MDA) programs.
- Familiarity with Digital Engineering, MBSE, Cameo, DevSecOps, cloud environments, or data analytics programs.
- Experience supporting engineering or technical development programs, not just administrative program management.
- Experience preparing program briefings, technical review materials, and executive-level reports.
- Experience in risk management, configuration management, and technical baseline management.
- Understanding of digital transformation, workflow automation, and digital labor.
