Gravy Train Restaurant Management is hiring an Assistant General Manager to help lead our Pizza Ranch in Quincy, IL. You'll partner directly with the General Manager on daily operations, team leadership, and guest experience, with real potential to grow into a GM role down the line.

Support and Lead

What You Bring
- 1 years of restaurant management or shift lead experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Valid driver's license
