Job Title: Material Handler
Job Summary:
The Material Handler will be responsible for packaging finished pallets and transporting inventory within tech centers and warehouse environments. This includes loading and unloading inbound and outbound shipments.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: HS Diploma or GED (a plus)
- Experience: Warehousing, inventory management
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a team environment to meet production and quality requirements
- Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to stay organized and solve problems efficiently
- Must have strict attention to detail
- Must possess excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Package and prepare pallets for outbound shipments
- Load/unload packages, trucks, and parcel shipments
- Perform data entry into custom ERP system
- Other duties as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Materials handling: 1 year (Preferred)
- Heavy lifting: 1 year (Preferred)
- Pallet jack: 1 year (Preferred)
- Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)
- Data entry: 1 year (Preferred)
- ERP systems: 1 year (Preferred)
