We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Assistants to join our FIFA Official Store team for a temporary contract from mid-April to the end of July. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys engaging with customers, and wants to bring the excitement of global football to life in-store. As a Retail Assistant, you’ll provide exceptional service, maintain visual standards, and support the team in delivering a memorable shopping experience for football fans, collectors, and newcomers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming environment for all visitors.
· Assist customers with product knowledge, sizing, and styling advice to maximize sales.
· Operate the POS system for transactions, returns, and exchanges.
· Support stock management, including receiving deliveries, restocking, and ensuring product availability on the floor.
· Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with seasonal collections and FIFA brand guidelines.
· Contribute to in-store promotions, product launches, and special tournament-related activations.
· Work effectively as part of the team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
· Keep the store clean, organized, and engaging, reflecting the global spirit of football.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred, but not essential.
· Passion for delivering great customer experiences.
· Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
· Flexibility to work scheduled store hours, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and major tournament events.
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
· Interest in football and the global fan community is a plus, but not required.
