Role Description
This is a full-time or Part-Time, on-site role for a Mental Health Practitioner (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMHC, LPC, or equivalent) based in Estero, FL (SW Florida). The clinician will provide therapeutic services to individuals and families. Responsibilities include conducting intakes, developing personalized treatment plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, and facilitating sessions aimed at improving mental well-being. Additional services offered include psychological testing.
Qualifications
- Experience in Mental Health Care and Mental Health intervention techniques
- Proficiency in Psychology/Psychotherapy practices and principles
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- License or accreditation in a mental health-related field (e.g., PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMHC, LPC, or equivalent)
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to client-centered care
- Relevant experience with diverse populations is a plus
