Gravity Lending is looking for salespeople who are competitive, resilient, persistent, coachable—and organized enough to finish what they start.
This isn't traditional cold calling. Our customers have already applied to refinance their auto loans.
But let's be clear: warm leads don't mean easy money.
The Real Job
You'll make 60 calls on a typical day.
You'll hear no. You'll leave voicemails. You'll follow up—sometimes repeatedly.
And closing the customer isn't the end of your job.
You'll own your applications through funding: managing your pipeline, collecting documents and signatures, working lender requirements and stipulations, and keeping deals moving.
Your activity and production are measured. You'll be coached. You'll be expected to apply that coaching.
And you'll do it in-office with your team in North Austin.

You don't need auto-finance experience. We can teach lending.
Experience in inside sales, automotive, lending, insurance, financial services, wireless, call-center sales, or another commission-driven environment can translate well.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
